Cancellation Policy
Please Read The Following Before Booking: $25.00 DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID FOR BOOKING OR APP WILL BE CANCLED (CASH APP $PICEAN , APPLE PAY 2817251701) Punctuality, • If it is your first appointment, please come at least 10 minutes early so you have ample time to fill out paperwork and use the restroom without it running into your service time. •Most first time appointments require a deposit when scheduling. When booking over the phone, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. If not paid within 24 hours of receiving it, your appointment will automatically be canceled. •If you are running late, we have a 10 minute grace period, past that, you will be charged $10. After 20 minutes, you will be charged $25 and your appointment will be automatically canceled. You must pay the fee at your next scheduled appointment. •If you do not reach out to us regarding your appointment before your scheduled time and miss it, you will be charged a No Call No show fee of $50. This must be paid in order to rebook with us. • If it is the day of your appointment, you must be rescheduled at least 4 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a Late Reschedule fee. • If your appointment is not rescheduled or canceled 48 hours before your scheduled time, then your deposit will be lost. •After two No Call No Shows, you will not be able to rebook • Deposits are Non-Refundable • All sales on non-package and package services are final. Please make sure you’re able to make a commitment to attending all appointments before buying packages, as we do not offer refunds. BODY SCULPTING SERVICES Before booking, know you will be put on a program to get the best results. We do suggest to start with 4-8 sessions depending on your body goals. Please make sure to drink lots of fluids leading up to your appointment. Also bring a waist trainer if you have one. The waist trainer helps to maximize your results. If you do not own one, we sell them in store. It’s not a requirement but a recommendation! BEFORE ULTRASONIC CAVITATION TREATMENT Drink a lot of water before treatments (this will help hydrate the body before treatment and immediately help eliminate the fat and toxins that are released during treatment). Exercise for 5-10 min before treatments helps prime the lymphatic system to help remove fat immediately after treatment. Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before treatment. The body will be working to remove fat and toxins after treatment and you do not want anything interfering with this process.
